We’ll measure character consistency, lip sync, voice continuity, and physics where the shot needs them. Dialogue and silent action get separate scores.
The video pilot plans 24 attempts per model: twelve 5-second and twelve 10-second clips. Raw prompts, no retries. Failed generations count; playback problems don’t.
Usable output divided by all attempts gives the main score. Each requirement gets its own pass rate. Pending or disputed reviews stay visible, alongside model versions, sample counts, and uncertainty.
Credits per usable shot = total Production Credits spent, after refunds, divided by usable shots. Navo pricing is already included. Charged unusable attempts stay in the cost; a model with no usable shots has no cost-per-usable result. Unsettled charges stay pending.
The budget preview converts dollars to base purchased credits, then estimates usable shots from the total cost per usable shot. It splits spending by credits charged for usable versus unusable attempts; a higher-priced failed clip can consume more of the budget. Both portions are spent, not a refund or a market value for your footage. Member bonuses and promotions are excluded.
Real cost comparisons will match the shot type, duration, settings, model version, API provider, and Navo price version. These examples use the planned mix of 5- and 10-second clips. They are not provider quotes or confirmation that a route is eligible for testing.
It’s a pilot, not a universal scientific minimum. Image and story-coach sample counts above are layout examples; their test plans are not finalized.
