What is Navo?
Navo is a story-first AI video tool. A story coach helps you shape the idea, you hear a narrated animatic, then you render each shot with the AI video model that suits it and download the finished MP4.
I already have a script and storyboard. Can I bring them?
Yes. Go to navo.video/import, sign in, paste your script and drop in your storyboard images in order. Navo builds the project for free and you continue from there, in the app or in ChatGPT or Claude.
How do I sign up?
Go to app.navo.video and sign in with Google. You can plan right away; you only need Credits for narration, images and video.
How long does a video take?
Planning moves as fast as you do. Each video shot takes a few minutes to render, and you can keep working while it does.
What sizes and lengths can I make?
Vertical 9:16, wide 16:9 or square 1:1, from short clips up to 15-minute episodes built section by section. Finished movies download as 720p H.264 MP4 files.
Credits and billing
How do Credits work?
100 Credits cost $1. Each paid step (narration, images, video, the in-app coach and Talk) shows its exact Credit quote first, and only runs after you approve it.
Why was a quote higher than I expected?
Video costs more for longer shots, higher resolution and higher-quality models. Shorten the shot, choose 480p or pick another model to lower the quote before you approve.
A render failed. Do I get my Credits back?
Yes. You're only charged when a step succeeds. Failed or cancelled renders return their Credits to your balance.
Do Credits expire?
No. Credits you buy don't expire.

ChatGPT, Claude and agents
Can I use Navo in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add Navo once using the link on navo.video/mcp, sign in, and plan your video in the chat. Coaching there is free on your chat plan.
Can my AI agent spend my Credits?
Only after you approve. Agents can plan, save and ask for quotes, but every paid step needs your approval in Navo, and agents can never buy Credits.
How do I disconnect ChatGPT or Claude?
Remove the Navo app or connector in ChatGPT or Claude settings. You can also ask us to revoke access.
Making your video
Can I use my own images?
Yes. Bring your own images for any scene. Using your own images is free.
Can I narrate with my own voice?
Yes. If you have an ElevenLabs voice, like your own voice clone, connect your ElevenLabs account at app.navo.video/voice. ElevenLabs bills you for those lines and Navo charges no Credits for them.
Which AI video models does Navo use?
Navo currently offers Seedance 2.5 for the highest quality and MiniMax H3 for lip-sync and strong motion, and uses the cheapest provider for the model you choose.
What is Talk?
Talk lets you control your project by voice. Tap Talk, say what you like or want changed, and Navo records it. A session lasts up to 3 minutes and stops when you go quiet or a render starts.
How do I download my movie?
Open your project when the movie is ready and choose Download MP4.
Privacy and your work
Who owns what I make?
You do. You own your scripts, uploads and the videos you make with Navo, subject to our Terms and the rules of the AI models used.
Is my work used to train AI models?
No. Navo doesn't use your stories or videos to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@navo.video from the address on your account and we'll delete it.
