Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mass Ideation Inc. ("Navo", "we") for your use of navo.video, app.navo.video, the Navo apps and the Navo connector for ChatGPT and Claude (together, "Navo"). By using Navo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Navo.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Navo. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken by agents you connect.

Credits and payments

• Paid features use prepaid Navo Credits. 100 Credits cost $1 unless a different price is shown when you buy.
• Every paid step shows its Credit cost before it runs and only runs after you approve it. You're charged only when a step succeeds, and never more than the amount you approved.
• Purchased Credits don't expire. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and are only for use on Navo.
• If you think you were charged in error, contact hello@navo.video and we'll review it. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law.
• Prices and the Credit cost of features may change. A quote you've approved keeps its price.

Agents and connected apps

You can connect AI agents such as ChatGPT or Claude to your account. They act on your instructions and within the access you grant. Agents can't buy Credits or approve spending; you approve paid steps in Navo. You can disconnect an agent at any time.

Your content

• You own the stories, scripts and images you bring to Navo and, as between you and us, the videos and media you make with it.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run Navo for you, including sending it to the AI providers that make what you ask for.
• AI output can be similar to output made for others, and AI models have their own rules. You're responsible for how you use what you make.

Acceptable use

Don't use Navo to make or share content that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• sexualizes minors, or depicts real people in sexual content;
• impersonates a real person or misleads people into thinking something fake is real, such as fake news, endorsements or official messages;
• harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people;
• breaks the usage policies of the AI models Navo uses.

Also don't try to break, overload or get around Navo's security, limits or payments. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We're always improving Navo, so features, models and providers may change or be removed. We try to keep Navo running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

Navo is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, so review it before you use it. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Navo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Navo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) continue after your account ends.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Navo after that means you accept the new terms.
