Questions

Does importing cost anything?

No. Importing, the quick check and saving your storyboard are free. Voice, images and video use Credits, and each is priced before you approve it.

What can I import?

A script or story up to about 15 minutes long, plus JPEG, PNG or WebP storyboard images up to 20 MB each.

Do I need Credits first?

No. You only need Credits when you're ready to make the voice, images or video. Navo tells you the price first and lets you add Credits then.

Can I keep working in Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Your imported project shows up there. Just ask to open it by name.
